Transcript Request or Graduation Letter

To request a transcript or graduation letter, please contact [email protected] AND [email protected]
The following information must be included in your email request:
  1. Name (Full Name when you were a student) 
  2. Date of Birth
  3. Year of Graduation or Discharge
  4. Home Address
  5. Phone Number
  6. Copy of Photo ID
  7. Full email address or mailing address (include city, state and zip code) of where you would like it sent. 
A confirmation email will be sent to you once the request is processed. 
 
SUMMER HOURS- WEDNESDAYS 8-1PM.  ALL REQUESTS WILL BE PROCESSED ON WEDNESDAYS 8AM-1PM ONLY!
