Transcript Request or Graduation Letter
To request a transcript or graduation letter, please contact [email protected] AND [email protected]
The following information must be included in your email request:
- Name (Full Name when you were a student)
- Date of Birth
- Year of Graduation or Discharge
- Home Address
- Phone Number
- Copy of Photo ID
- Full email address or mailing address (include city, state and zip code) of where you would like it sent.
A confirmation email will be sent to you once the request is processed.
SUMMER HOURS- WEDNESDAYS 8-1PM. ALL REQUESTS WILL BE PROCESSED ON WEDNESDAYS 8AM-1PM ONLY!
