“The People’s Money” is a participatory budgeting initiative of the NYC Civic Engagement Commission (CEC). Through this initiative, high school students are provided with training and internship opportunities in the healthcare field. There will be two cohorts of approximately fifteen students each, with the first beginning in mid-January.
Students who fully participate in all aspects of the program will receive stipend payments. This is a great opportunity for students who are interested in careers in healthcare and would like to gain relevant experience to add to their resume.
